Be careful of what you ask for!?! Chad and Evelyn (Lozada) Johnson's not so happily ever after story...

Well well well.....Just when you thought that this K. Michelle, Memphitz, and Toya Wright drama was the most HUNTY this Chad and Ev ish hits the fan!!!

I sure didn't see this mess here coming! I mean, I'll admit that in the beginning I thought that Evelyn and Chad were a complete fraud as far as their relationship went. But over time, I came around to the possibility that it was the real thing (Go ahead, call me a fool for believing it). Twitter was on fire Saturday as the stories of Chad and Ev's domestic dispute came pouring in from Evey media outlet imaginable!

Just to give you a quick run down on what happen....Chad and Ev were heading home from grocery shopping (some sites have reported that they were leaving dinner) and while Ev was getting some groceries out of the car she found and a Walgreen's receipt for a box of condoms. Well from there they began to argue about the receipt and their marriage and Evelyn reports that Chad was yelling "I don't give a f***! I don't give a f*** about my career!" Then Chad leaned in and head-butted her leaving a 3 inch gash on Lozada's forehead. Ev then took off running to a nearby neighbors house for safety and called the authorities and pressed charges against Johnson. Chad on the other hand says Evelyn was the one screaming "F*** it!" and that they accidentally bumped heads. He said that he was driving around the neighborhood not to hunt her down, but to give her time to cool off....

Anywho, Chad was arrested and charged with misdemeanor Domestic Violence, this being his first arrest in his 12 year NFL career. Here's where things get worst! After his release from jail on Sunday, Chad learns that he has been released from the Miami Dolphins and is out of a job....AND...Vh1 has just released the following statement in regards to the Johnson's new reality show that was set to air on Vh1 this September:

“Due to the unfortunate events over the weekend and the seriousness of the allegations, VH1 is pulling the series ‘Ev and Ocho’ from its schedule and has no current plans of airing it.”

Well I'll be damned! For all of those who thought this was a PR stunt...I highly doubt that! I wouldn't think that this man would ruin his career and take food out of his kids mouth to boost ratings for a reality show. It just doesn't make sense to me. And I'm not understanding why would Evelyn get mad over finding a receipt for a box of condoms when she sat here ass on national television and said that it was ok for the man to cheat as long as he went to the drugstore and got some protection! B**** ain't that what the man did?!? Honey, I can't deal with you wishy-washy ass women! For one, I wish my husband would think that it was ever alright to have an open relationship....ain't that much money, love, or anything else in world! I'M STINGY!!!  I'm not sharing my man with nobody....period!

And furthermore, she always screaming "You ain't about that life!" and getting t-shirts and ish made with her little slogans on em...but apparently she ain't about that life like she was trying to portray! I don't care how much a woman says she's good with her man stepping out...SHE'S A DAMN LIE! In the words of my boo Funky Dineva "Chile Cheese!" No woman is fine with ish....Another thing that got me was that she says he said he doesn't give a f*** about his career. That seems a bit strange to me....and to add insult to injury Eric Williams (ex husband of her BBW co-star Jennifer Williams) has a field day on Twitter making jokes of the situation saying things like "Trouble in Chaddy-dise,"  making fun of his lump and Ev's lump as well & calling Ev & Jen "Lost Souls."

Ev is known for being being a quick tempered, hot head on VH1's Basketball Wives...So some people have wondered if she lost it once she discovered the receipt.

This turned out very ugly and not a good look for either of them. If they are gonna try to work it out is a big lingering question....

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that he didn't do this or that he did because hell I wasn't there. He could have very well done this, but my point is be careful what you say cause you just might get it! She said some things that she really didn't mean and wasn't really ready to face...now the newly married couple has what may be the end of their beginning to deal with....and publicly is the worst part!

I know some of my Diva's out there is having a M.A.C.-attack!!!!! So i'm at work this morning and get a text my an old co-worker in Montgomery and she says that MAC has re-released a lipstick called Candy Yum Yum that she thought I would like and to go check it out! She has a TRUE ADDICTION to MAC, and knows my taste in makeup very well so I knew I had to stop what I was doing to check it out. Needless to say, I almost fainted.... Here's the colors that were re-released!

It's been a few weeks since my last post, so I need to play catch up. It's the end of my first semester back in school so I've been a bit occupied with that along with a husband and 2 demanding little divas! Black Folks Can't Wear Pink??

Good morning Ladies!

Okay ladies, who would have ever thought that lipstick could come down to a black and white issue? Well apparently it can because this morning it did with me. So this post comes from a debate me and a few co-workers were having this morning on whether black people could or couldn't wear pink lipstick....I wear makeup to work practically every morning with the exception of foundation. I only wear foundation when I am going out or something. But I do wear lipstick, eyeshadow/liners, mascara, lashes, blush, etc to work all the time! 

Well, this morning was no exception! I wore some nude, gold, and brown eyeshadows, eyeliner, with a pink blush, and a pink lipstick by Wet n' Wild called Vivacious. One of my co-workers "Nita," who is a dark skinned black woman, always says that 'black folks can't wear no pink lipstick, that don't look good on you!" Yesterday it was  "Here you go with that white folks mess!" Mind you, she does wear ANY makeup at all and probably couldn't apply it right to save her soul lol! So I told her that I think that black people CAN wear pink lipstick and light shades of lipstick, it just depends on your skin complexion as to what will compliment you the best. The color that I am wearing is a very light pink, and it's true that everybody might not look good in this shade of pink, BUT this color isn't just for "white folks" as she says.

We went back and forth on whether or not black people should wear pink lipstick or not, as "Kris" sat there and laughed at us both. I asked Nita "well what color lipsticks do you think black folks should wear since you think we can't wear pink?" No answer...Just like I thought she couldn't give me an answer. I said, "do you think we should only wear Plum shades or darker colors?" And she said that yes she does think that we only should wear dark shades. Kris, who is very light skinned as am I, doesn't wear makeup either, but she does think that she wants to try to wear some pink lipsticks just to try it out and see how she looks. Kris said that she doesn't think that she could wear the color pink I had on because she doesn't feel bold enough to try pull it off, but that she thought it looked good on me. We asked 3 other co-workers including the Lobby Receptionist (older white lady), Housekeeping(black woman), and an insurance clerk(bi-racial) about whether my lipstick looked good on me or not and they all said the same thing....THAT IT LOOKS GOOD ON ME! And the white lady "Grace" went into further details saying that she goes into MAC all the time to buy makeup and sees primarily black women shopping there and she thinks that they always look beautiful to her. Also, that she does not see certain makeup as for black or white people, but by what works for YOU! And that was my whole point to Nita. LikeI told them, i'm gonna wear my pink lipsticks whether folks think black people should where it or not! It's about what works for you and not about you can't wear this or that because your black or because your white! Below are pics of me in different light shade lipsticks that I wear....

Okay so everybody has been buzzing about how stunning our girl Ev was at this years Basketball Ball Wives reunion special, and people are already rocking her high bun with the sweep bangs look! Well this post is for the girls trying to re-create her gorgeous outfit!

As you can see it is offered in 4 different colors: Wine, Teal, Rust, and Black! The last task was to find some shoes on the style of her Christian Louboutin Isolde Stilettos!



Well ladies, I couldn't find ANYTHING that would be fly enough to compare to Evelyn's Loubie's, soooo if you have $3,995 to splurge on these baby go right ahead! I ain't mad at you! Lol!!! She keep her accessories very simple wearing only a pair of large gold hoop earrings. Love her or hate her she looked great...so ladies get out and GET THE LOOK!!!
